The head of the management board of the National Center for Animal Health, Abdulrahman Ajbil, announced the death of 473 cows and 551 sheep due to foot-and-mouth disease.
In special statements to the "Libya Al-Ahrar" channel broadcast from Turkey, Ajbil said, "There is a fear that the real numbers of infected heads are greater than the announced number due to the lack of reports from the regions as a result of the division of institutions."
